Mount Thor: Earth’s Greatest Vertical Drop

Mount Thor is a mountain with an elevation of 1,675 meters (5,495 feet) located in Auyuittuq National Park on Baffin Island, Nunavut, Canada. The mountain is famous for having Earth’s greatest purely vertical drop at 1,250 meters (4,101 feet) at an average angle of 105 degrees.
