The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches: Phi Phi Islands, Thailand

Phi Phi Island consists of two smaller islands: Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Leh, a smaller island with limited access.

Together, these make up Phi Phi island, a gorgeous coast that is situated between Phuket and the Western Andaman sea. Made famous by the Leonardo DiCaprio film The Beach, these idyllic shores of pristine, white sand easily snag a place as one of the world’s most beautiful beaches.

With crystal clear waters that allow visitors to glimpse the sea critters and coral underneath, the beaches of Phi Phi Island are obviously a popular tourist attraction.

Being larger, Phi Phi Don provides a place for guests to dine and stay, while Phi Phi Leh offers an array of spectacular beaches, including Phaya Naak (meaning Viking Cave), which contains prehistoric cave paintings.
