Former Mexican President Vicente Fox called into question President-elect Donald Trump’s electoral victory and referred to Trump’s border wall campaign promise as a “racist monument” this past Friday.

“Sr Trump, the intelligence report is devastating. Losing election by more than 3M votes and in addition this,” Fox tweeted after the release of the intelligence report detailing Russian interference in the recent U.S. election. “Are you a legitimate president?”

Fox continued: “After intel report. We’re all obliged to restore Hillary’s credibility, honor & reputation. Would she have won without Russian support to Trump.”

Fox, Mexico’s president from 2000 to 2006, also slammed Trump over his claims to U.S. taxpayers that Mexico will pay for the proposed border wall, saying, “TRUMP, when will you understand that I am not paying for that fu—- wall. Be clear with US tax payers. They will pay for it.”

“Trump may ask whoever he wants, but still neither myself nor Mexico are going to pay for his racist monument. Another promise he can’t keep,” Fox tweeted.

Indeed, House Republican officials stated last week that they plan to ask Congress for billions of federal dollars to build the border wall come spring, despite Trump’s campaign promises to the contrary.

In addition to matters of the border wall, Fox went on to criticize Trump’s lack of government experience and the possible economic dangers that may arise in a country without an even-keel.

“Trump, economy is not run by ‘gut’ feelings. It risks future collapse,” Fox tweeted. “All actions have reactions. Shall we tax Uber operation abroad?”

Finally, Fox went on to add: “Trump, are you aware how many cars and US dollars GM sells in MX? What about if we tax them. What about taxing parts they import into MX?”

Thus far, Trump has issued no on-the-record response to Fox’s remarks.
